Health & Safety
Health and Safety management is a top priority for McL Construction Group Ltd. Over the years we have continually aimed to achieve high standards of Health and Safety throughout all of our projects.
Our aim is to ensure our workforce return home safe to their loved ones each and every day.
Our management system is accredited by Safe-T-Cert which meets the requirements of Northern Ireland Public Sector Produrement and audited by a 3rd Party. The Health & Safety Management System is operated on a weekly bases.
McL Construction Group Ltd aim to achieve standards of health and safety in the workplace that exceed legal requirements and approved Codes of Practice.

Environmental
The Director of MCL Construction Group is committed to the continual improvement of the company Environmental Management System and shall take all necessary steps to protect the natural environment and control pollution.
The company recognises that desired environmental standards are only achievable with the help of a skilled and motivated workforce. The company will conduct business in a manner that conserves the environment and the aim to minimise pollution during our construction operations. We support the use of reclaimed materials and selection of environmentally-preferable materials in accordance with best practice guidance.
We recognise that if we are to maintain high standards, we must constantly update our approach to meet the needs of our business and our clients’ business.
Successful business management requires the development and implementation of effective management systems, processes and procedures. Most importantly it is the commitment of every individual associated within our business to make those systems, processes and procedures function properly and to ensure that line management are given the tools they need to fulfil this responsibility.

Jackie is the company's SHEQ Advisor. Jackie is a Chartered Fellow of IOSH and has been involved in developing full integrated management systems for over 20 years.
Jackie is a registered IRCA safety and Quality Auditor and qualified Health and Safety trainer.
